Roll off Driver CDL B $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Operate a waste collection truck as a Roll Off Driver (CDL B) with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections, load refuse using manual/automatic controls, and dispose of material at designated facilities. Read route sheets, follow dispatch instructions, and service each customer on the route while maintaining cleanliness around the vehicle and adhering to safety standards. Complete required reports and VCRs, participate in the ReSOP program, and uphold company policies and safety requirements. Prioritize timely, professional service and maintain an operational vehicle in compliance with regulations. Must hold a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement and demonstrate reliable time management and professionalism.
