Job Summary
Roll-Off Driver responsible for safely operating roll-off truck to collect waste across multiple lines of business, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining route documentation, communicating vehicle issues to supervisors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering professional customer service in outdoor, potentially loud operating environments. The role requires CDL (or CDL schooling) and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, with overtime as needed, and adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED desired
- Possess valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum one (1) years of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate
- Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
