Job Summary
Roll Mill Operator responsible for setting up and operating roll mill machinery in a non-climate-controlled plant, handling parts and materials, packing parts, following safety procedures, and performing quality checks. Role involves operating computer-controlled equipment, adjusting machine settings, assisting with training other operators, and potentially assisting with numeric controlled programming. Shift is 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am) with a Sunday–Thursday schedule and overtime/weekend work; requires attention to safety, strong verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Hi-Lo Certification preferred with training provided. Requires 2 years manufacturing experience, drug screen and background check, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained and certified on the hi-lo
- 2 years of solid experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to clear drug screen and background check
- Must have reliable transportation
