Job Summary

Operate roll-forming equipment to produce accessories, manage tooling setup, and execute part inspection and packaging per SOPs. Handle material movement, assemble cartons, and load sealed units onto dollies for warehouse transport. Perform quality checks at required intervals, maintain clean work environments, and manage waste segregation including hazardous materials. Ensure safe work performance by using proper PPE and taking corrective action to minimize equipment downtime and scrap. Complete production records, quality checks, and manifest transactions accurately. Requires forklift experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and proficiency with measuring tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills as job duties require
  • Must have Forklift Experience
  • Must be able to use a measuring tool
  • Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance
  • Must be quality and safety conscious, a team player
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with people
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
  • Must be available for Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm rotating shift
  • Must be available for Night Shift: Mon-Thursday 6PM to 6AM
  • Must be able to effectively operate equipment to produce cartons
  • Must be able to perform part inspection
  • Must be able to properly manage all wastes generated, including segregation of recyclable materials and segregation of hazardous wastes by type
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Must be able to take prompt corrective action to eliminate safety hazards, minimize equipment downtime, reduce scrap generation, and correct deviations from quality standards
  • Must be able to complete required documentation including production records, quality checks, product labels, and manifest transactions in a complete, legible, and accurate manner
  • Must be able to assemble cartons, pack pieces, and load sealed cartons onto dollies for transport to the warehouse
  • Must be able to perform established quality checks on parts at required intervals to ensure all product specifications are being met
  • Must be able to take steps to minimize the amount of waste generated
  • Must be able to follow the steps outlined in SOPs for each task being performed
  • Must be able to safely use required personal protective equipment, tugger, overhead crane, carts, dollies and some hand tools
  • Must be able to perform tasks as assigned by production department leadership

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred
