Job Summary

Role leads the Rolex department, manages a team of Client Advisors, and drives Rolex business within the location by delivering elevated client service, promoting the Rolex brand, and developing client relationships through CRM. Responsibilities include partnering with Store Director and HQ merchandising, conducting regular in-store activations with Marketing/Hospitality/CRM teams, creating activation plans to meet or exceed targets, maintaining inventory control, acting as in-store point of contact for brand representatives, ensuring training and use of the Rolex sizing app, coaching team members, monitoring store security, and collaborating to develop community relationships and events to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty. Requires passion for watches, leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to educate staff on brand heritage and product lines.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in high-end luxury retail sales and watches
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week
  • Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and drive sales in a team-driven environment
  • Quick and adaptable learner with excellent skills in organization
  • Must be proactive and results driven
