Job Summary
Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work via the work order ticketing platform while escorting third-party contractors and overseeing daily cleaning services. Perform routine handyman tasks such as minor painting, furniture assembly, fixture installation, drywall repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing fixes. Conduct facility inspections to prevent costly emergencies, maintain cleanliness and functionality, and support room setups for meetings and events. Monitor spaces for safety hazards, ensure OSHA and fire safety compliance, and assist with emergency evacuations. Report to the Operations Director within the Retail division.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a facilities or maintenance position
- Basic computer skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization and time management skills
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
