Job Summary
Shepherd grants through administrative and logistics processes, including handoffs, due diligence, contract negotiation, and payment. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycles, multi-state payroll, and international employment support. Support full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and hiring logistics. Manage IT onboarding, software licenses, and day-to-day tech troubleshooting. Create enablement materials for AI adoption and configure AI tools safely. Provide operations support to executive leaders, including scheduling, note-taking, and strategic document drafting.
