Job Summary
Role Players needed onsite at Fort Bragg, NC to perform ASOT Role Player duties as defined by the scenario within the applicable training class IAW requirements of the Government's classified SOW. Act in various training capacities, including intelligence assets, foreign dignitaries, or local civilians. Provide cultural insight and gender specific perspectives in operational training. Enhance scenario realism by accurately portraying female roles in different cultures. Collaborate with trainers to refine scenario details.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- L3, Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), or similar
- one or more of the following qualifications depending on the requesting authority: prior military service; graduate of Q-school, Advanced Special Operations School or Defense Advanced Training Course qualified; CMF-18, Naval Special Warfare or MARSOC qualified; Level II trained
- Able to walk six (6) consecutive miles within two (2) hours
- Possess an active Secret clearance
- Possess driver’s license
- Ability to Use Microsoft Office

- Cultural competency and knowledge of gender specific interactions in different societies
- Experience with a variety of ethnic and gender backgrounds
