Job Summary
As a Role Player, you will be essential in creating realistic tactical military and law enforcement training scenarios. Responsibilities include participating in dynamic training exercises, adapting roles on-the-fly, and utilizing improvisation based on scenario objectives. You must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, be physically capable of handling up to 50-pound weights, and commit to flexibility in scheduling shifts. Responsibilities entail participation in various role-playing scenarios, including surveillance and arrest situations. All candidates require formal education, a valid driver's license with a good record, and the ability to clear security checks.
Required Qualifications
- Combination of formal education above high school
- Several years of work experience
- Ability to speak English at an eighth-grade level or higher
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Prior driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility and availability for scheduling shifts
