Job Summary
Lead RBAC transformation as Program Management Executive Director in the Strategy and Program Office within the Commercial & Investment Bank. Define and execute the RBAC strategy, establish governance structures, and design scalable RBAC profiles that embed least privilege and streamline operations. Build deep, trust-based advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders to eliminate manual workflows, advance automation, and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Develop and track KPIs/OKRs and own program performance reporting. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and the dissemination of best practices across the team. Requires 8+ years in financial services or related fields, deep RBAC expertise, governance leadership, and strong executive communication.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, program management, or related fields
- Deep expertise in Role Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks
- Proven ability to set strategy, lead governance, and deliver transformation across multiple business lines
- Strong executive communication skills, with ability to influence and drive outcomes with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex programs in a matrixed organization
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or related) strongly preferred
