Assemble complex loads with various Prefab components logically and operate the overhead crane to unload parts onto trucks. Coordinate subcontractor activities, report to management, and log all loading/unloading tasks in the STARGON planning tool. Perform quality checks on materials, flagging deviations to the production manager, while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Actively contribute ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability within the Prefab department.
