Manage Release of Information workflows for healthcare facilities across the Southeast and Midwest, ensuring secure and compliant specialist-managed ROI operations. Handle all aspects of the Release of Information workflow so clients can focus on patient care. Perform duties as an ROI Specialist, Customer Service Representative, or Audit Specialist within the ChartPro team. Full-time day shift Monday through Friday with occasional voluntary weekend work. High school diploma or equivalent required, with experience in medical records and customer service preferred.
