Job Summary
Millwright with strong plumbing and electrical experience to support maintenance and repair operations at our facilities. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment used in waste processing and disposal; performing plumbing work (repair leaks, replace pipes, work on pumps, drains, and valves); troubleshooting electrical issues (motors, wiring, panels, sensors, and site lighting); interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and piping schematics; performing routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns; responding quickly to breakdowns and coordinating with the crew to keep operations running; maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections; and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The role requires extensive physical activity and the ability to work in confined spaces, with a valid driver’s license and background/MVR checks; DOT-related testing may apply. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Strong hands-on experience with plumbing systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Vocational training in Welding
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, and industrial equipment
- Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations in industrial settings
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments year-round
- Ability to read, write and comprehend reports in English
