Job Summary
Senior MES Engineer at Accenture Industry X. responsible for end-to-end MES implementations with Rockwell PharmaSuite, including design, configuration, testing and validation to meet operational and regulatory requirements. Develop and validate SDLC documents, ensure cGMP and regulatory alignment, contribute to MES design workshops with vendors, integrators, and site teams, and drive qualification activities. Emphasizes structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and clear stakeholder communication in German (C1) and English. Holds a university degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. The role supports a hybrid work arrangement and is based in Munich, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Deep Rockwell PharmaSuite expertise
- Experience in MES integration with Level-2 and Level-3 systems
- Leadership of design, qualification, and implementation efforts
- Strong communication in German (at least C1) and English
- Completed degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
