Manage the Rockwear Midland Gate store by coaching team members to exceed sales targets and KPIs while driving customer excellence. Execute visual merchandising directives, lead effective stock management, and proactively identify solutions to increase team engagement and overall results. Mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and career goals to ensure their development aligns with store objectives.
