Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while proactively identifying solutions to increase team engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall results. Coach and mentor team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service, ensuring their career goals are achieved. Execute visual merchandising directives and lead effective stock management to drive sales and customer excellence. Uphold brand standards and company culture while delivering exceptional service. This role includes weekly financial rewards for meeting sale targets, annual conference participation, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
