Job Summary
Maintain luxury residential gardens by weeding, pruning, edging, mowing, trimming, implementing plant protection programs, removing leaves, and mulching. Operate and maintain various tools and equipment while ensuring the crew truck, equipment, and clubhouse remain safe and clean. Assist other crews or divisions as needed, including holiday lighting and flower installations, depending on schedule and season. Perform tasks in varying weather conditions while lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires consistent attendance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to learn company apps. Work a five-day week with occasional Saturdays during peak season, earning overtime for hours over 40.
