Job Summary

Lead private training sessions for children ages 1 to 11, focusing on brain, physical, and character development through a science-based curriculum. Manage class energy and behavior while providing clear, age-appropriate instructions and feedback. Communicate effectively with parents after class and model a healthy lifestyle through personal nutrition and movement. Work in a physically intensive environment, moving equipment up to 35 pounds and covering multiple miles per shift. Maintain high energy and professional conduct throughout packed days of classes.

  • You can hold a toddler's attention and have a great conversation with their parent after class.
  • You know how to give clear instructions, feedback, and encouragement in age-appropriate ways.
  • You're high-energy, animated, and comfortable being the center of attention.
  • You use confident body language, big smiles, and positive vibes all day long.
  • You leave drama and personal distractions at the door.
  • You're punctual, prepared, and take your role seriously.
  • You take care of your own nutrition, movement, and mindset so you can lead by example.
  • You're able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 35 pounds in weight.
  • You're humble, coachable, and always looking for ways to grow.
  • You're also confident and capable of stepping up and leading when needed.
  • You can switch gears quickly and stay upbeat throughout a packed day of classes and interactions.
  • You understand that working with kids is never boring — and you love that.
