Job Summary
Lead high-energy, physically intensive coaching sessions for children ages 1 to 11, focusing on brain, physical, and character development through a science-based curriculum. Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction, clear feedback, and encouragement while maintaining confident body language and positive vibes throughout packed days of classes. Manage energy and behavior in a fun, supportive way, ensuring you can hold a toddler's attention while communicating effectively with parents after class. Work in a fast-paced, kid-centered environment that requires high energy, patience, and the ability to switch gears quickly. - You can hold a toddler's attention and have a great conversation with their parent after class
- You know how to give clear instructions, feedback, and encouragement in age-appropriate ways
- You're high-energy, animated, and comfortable being the center of attention
- You use confident body language, big smiles, and positive vibes all day long
- You leave drama and personal distractions at the door
- You're punctual, prepared, and take your role seriously
- You take care of your own nutrition, movement, and mindset so you can lead by example
- You're able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 35 pounds in weight
- You're humble, coachable, and always looking for ways to grow
- You're confident and capable of stepping up and leading when needed
- You can switch gears quickly and stay upbeat throughout a packed day of classes and interactions
