Job Summary
Provide exceptional client service and hair styling including cuts, color, and texturizing while maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive environment and support high client traffic from walk-ins. This role offers base pay of $13/hr or 42% commission on services, plus daily tips, with opportunities for commission raises and leadership development. State licensing is required, and we provide medical, dental, and vision insurance. Floyd's 99 Barbershop is a vibrant shop catering to men and women across multiple locations.
