Rockford - Lawn Care Technician / Specialist

Manage a route and transform landscapes across the service area by completing precision lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, pruning, and mosquito control. Act as a consultant and problem-solver for residential and commercial properties, assessing lawn health, explaining service benefits, and building rapport with customers. Pivot to snow removal and other winter work opportunities when seasonal needs shift, utilizing state pesticide certifications for high-impact beautification tasks. Work 10-hour days, four days per week, with paid training provided and no prior lawn care experience required.
