Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude, take food and beverage orders accurately, and run food from the kitchen to tables with attention to detail. Communicate clearly with back-of-house and front-of-house teams while responding promptly to guest requests, issues, or questions. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, help reset tables during busy periods, and follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Report guest complaints and equipment issues to supervisors. Requires a liquor server license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods in a loud environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- six months to one year job-related experience and/or training
- liquor server license
- Must be able to lift trays and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to use hand held communications devices
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
- Must be able to obtain a liquor server license
