Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, assist with lane assignments, and distribute bowling shoes while operating the POS to process payments. Monitor lane functionality, sanitize equipment and areas, and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure a seamless experience. Manage event setups for leagues and parties, maintain a clean environment, and report issues to supervisors. Requires standing for several hours in a loud, fast-paced setting with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- at least six months to one year experience in a customer service environment
- Exhibit hospitality minded attitude
- friendly, outgoing, guest focused
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to use hand held communications devices
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
