Rock wall Team Member

Provide general climbing instruction and guidance in a safety-focused environment, encouraging members to develop climbing abilities and physical fitness. Explain and demonstrate correct usage of climbing equipment and facility features while monitoring the area to ensure safety procedures are adhered to by climbers and spectators. Assist with leading rock climbing classes, events, and Open Wall sessions, and maintain the cleanliness of the climbing area. Manage member files and waiver forms, ensuring all Life Time On-Demand Learning Requirements are completed prior to the first day of work.
