Rock Wall Team Member

Conduct general climbing instruction and guidance in a safety-focused environment, explaining and demonstrating correct usage of climbing equipment and facility features. Monitor the climbing area to ensure safety procedures are adhered to by climbers and spectators while assisting with leading rock climbing classes, events, and Open Wall sessions. Maintain the cleanliness of the climbing area, manage member files, and process waiver forms. Provide excellent customer service that exemplifies the Life Time Way, encouraging members and guests to further develop their climbing abilities and physical fitness. This hourly position offers wages starting at $15.00 up to $18.00 based on experience, with a fully subsidized membership included.
