Rock Tools Technician / Warehouse Technician

Job Summary
Manage Rock Tools inventory, track new issues and discards, and repair equipment to defined specifications using the Rock Tools Management System. Operate CME grinding equipment and hammer rebuilds while troubleshooting tooling issues and reporting improper usage. Deliver products to customers and maintain accurate time and failure records. Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials; coordinate shipping, receiving, and sales orders while maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a clean, organized warehouse. Comply with safety policies, perform risk assessments, and wear required PPE. Valid driver's licence and ability to lift 50 lbs required. Bilingual English/French is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School (High School)
- Valid driver's licence in good standing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn Rock Tools repair and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, mechanical, or mining experience
- Experience operating forklifts
- Experience using computerized inventory management systems
- Bilingual (English/French)
