Rock Tools Operational Field Support Technician

Job Summary
Provide on-site rock tools field support including troubleshooting, training, field trials, tool selection, and technical reporting; collaborate with Product Application & Services Specialist; drive service opportunities; deliver training materials; support R&D validation; perform on-site technical consulting for drilling operations; travel domestically and internationally; ensure safety, health, and quality policies; hold HND/Undergraduate in Mining/Mechanical Engineering; valid driver's license; communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and frontline staff to improve product performance and support new technology development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HND/Undergraduate in Mining/ Mechanical Engineer/ Trade Experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Practical experience in the field
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-discipline team and provide guidance to members of the team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with contracts, customer support and production processes in both mining and construction
- Valid driver’s licence with the ability to drive
