Job Summary
Mix dough, bake, decorate, and package rotating weekly cookie flavors while preparing ingredients and workstations for the day. Welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace. Restock supplies and collaborate with teammates to keep daily production on schedule. This morning shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with Friday and Saturday availability required. Full-time members earn $20–$22 per hour plus tips and receive paid vacation, health insurance, and a guaranteed weekend day off.
Required Qualifications
- Availability on both Friday and Saturday
- Dependable, year-round availability
- Consistently arrive for shifts beginning at 6:00 AM
- At least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
