Job Summary
Technical Product Specialist for Sandvik Screening Solutions across North America. Act as the technical authority for screening equipment, support capital equipment sales and aftermarket growth, deliver customer training and technical support, update CRM with installed base information, and communicate insights to sales, product management, and R&D. Role requires strong screening/mineral processing expertise, ability to travel ~50% across North America, and collaboration with service, sales, engineering, and customer teams to drive process improvements, equipment performance, and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mineral processing, aggregates processing, screening operations, process engineering, product support, technical sales support, or related technical roles
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to travel extensively throughout North America, approximately 50% of the time
- Strong technical communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Experience in connecting field observations, customer needs, and application challenges to product improvement and R&D opportunities
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license
