Job Summary
Foreman to lead fiber installation on telecom projects, performing proficient manual labor and equipment operations, directing crews, reading utility prints, and ensuring safety on varied sites nationwide. Responsibilities include setting up traffic control, operating heavy equipment, loading materials, training crew members, and communicating with customers and subcontractors. Must have 2+ years as a crew leader/foreman and 1+ year of heavy equipment operation, plus a valid driver's license and CDL (or ability to obtain). Emphasizes safety, ALL IN culture, and leadership in a fast-paced utility construction environment. Travel nationwide and ability to lead on active jobsites are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman
- 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- CDL License (or the ability to obtain)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
