KAAM (Kitchen Assistant-Assistant Manager) at McMenamins Rock Creek Tavern assists in all kitchen operations under the Chef/Manager, performs opening and closing duties, often acts as host, oversees shift flow, and helps ensure smooth service. The role requires the ability to work both indoors and outdoors seasonally, multi-task effectively, and collaborate with a team or work independently.
