Job Summary
Front-Line Partners deliver guest service across Admissions, Guest Relations, Retail, Food & Beverage, Attractions, Operations, Hospitality, and Special Events, supporting daily operations, assisting guests, and contributing to a welcoming, safe, and team-oriented environment in alignment with Rock City Enterprises’ Culture of Excellence. Role involves adaptable duties based on location and strengths, with emphasis on professional interactions, problem resolution, maintaining guest-ready work areas, and supporting opening/closing and special events as assigned. Candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-focused setting, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical tasks may include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Previous guest service, hospitality, retail, food service, tourism, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
