Job Summary
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while greeting guests and attending to their needs promptly. Operate and clean all server station equipment, including beverage dispensing systems and coffee machines. Use the point-of-sale system to enter orders, process payments, and balance bank-to-sales reports. Monitor responsible alcohol service and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment with full knowledge of the venue, menu, and casino policies. Work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Starting at $10.00 per hour plus tips with an up to $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of related experience
- The ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- The ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- The ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 20 pounds on a regular basis and up to 60 pounds occasionally, with assistance
