Job Summary
Own end-to-end hardware and electronics architecture for AMR platforms, leading integration of motors, controllers, batteries, sensors, and safety systems. Act as system-level owner bridging mechanics, electronics, and robotics software to support autonomy stack integration and sensor bring-up. Oversee prototype bring-up, debugging, field testing, and validation while defining schematics and wiring architecture. Coordinate with software, mechanical, and autonomy teams for seamless integration, guide component selection and vendor interaction, and mentor team members. Requires 5-8 years of robotics system integration experience with strong electronics and ROS/ROS2 knowledge. Reports to CEO in Pune.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related engineering field
- 5-8 years experience
- Hands-on experience in robotics system integration (AMR / AGV / mobile robots)
- Strong knowledge of electronics hardware, motor control, power systems, and sensors
- Experience with robotics software stacks (ROS/ROS2) and autonomy integration
- Understanding of embedded systems, communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C)
- Ability to debug real-world robotics issues involving mechanics, electronics, and software
- Experience in bringing up robots from prototype to field-ready state

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with outdoor robots and unstructured terrain navigation

- Experience with simulation, testing frameworks, or HIL/SIL setups
