Robotics Support Associate (Project-based)

As a Robotics Support Associate (Data Services Associate), you will support the remote operation and monitoring of robotic systems using specialized tools and platforms. You will execute processes defined by the client/management with accuracy and adherence to standards, maintain productivity at defined levels, and quickly learn new systems. The role requires being in the office 5 days a week. You will assist with backend robotic processes, provide feedback to improve robotic arms, ensure productivity and quality targets are met, identify process improvements, report deficiencies, create and finish client projects, collaborate with internal and external teams, control and teach sorting robots new skills, and take initiative to identify areas for improvement while working flexible shifts. You should be curious, analytical, and collaborative, with interest in learning about new technologies and robotics, and you should have strong problem-solving, observational, and computer-literacy skills.
