Job Summary
Robotics PLC Engineer responsible for defining PLC-driven operation of installations and translating analyses into PLC programs. Use standard software while improving and extending standards, implement and test software at customer sites, and prepare As-build files with post-implementation support. Approximately 30% travel to the US and Europe; potential to work from Berchem (Antwerpen). Requires PLC programming knowledge with experience (preferably Siemens TIA Portal, SCL), a bachelor or master degree, and the ability to work across international projects. Strong communication in Dutch and English, a proactive sense of responsibility, and a practical, humorous approach are valued. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant engineering field
- Knowledge of PLC programming
- Experience with PLC software development and testing
- Willingness to work on projects abroad
- Excellent Dutch language skills and good English communication
