Job Summary
Robotics Logistics Associate responsible for precision packing and secure dispatch of high-value robotics from Wallingford, with duties spanning manual/forceful packing, mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, safe loading onto transport, inventory documentation, and multi-modal shipping of dangerous goods. The role emphasizes forklift operations, collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and physical handling of large robots across shipping environments. Requires experience with tools, warehouse/shipping background, familiarity with dangerous goods exports, and a physically demanding mindset. Based in Wallingford when not travelling; no relocation sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience using hand and power tools (specifically impact drivers and screwdrivers) for technical assembly or heavy duty packing
- Experience working with fragile, high value, or sensitive equipment where attention to detail is paramount
- Background in warehouse operations, shipping, or fulfillment; experience with "Dangerous Goods" export is an advantage
- Ability to handle the physical demands of moving large robots and loading transport vehicles
- A valid forklift license is highly desirable
- Shipping experience desirable (IATA, IMDG, ADR)
- A 'one team' attitude, the ambition to learn the robotics field from the ground up, and a commitment to high standards
