Job Summary
Robotics Instructor for kids responsible for supervising and delivering robotics, coding, and technology instruction to students aged 4 to 18. Create and implement daily lesson plans, foster a safe and fun learning environment, and act as a positive role model. Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists, ensure health and safety, manage behavior and group dynamics, and adhere to the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and core values. Qualifications include robotics/coding experience, a minimum of 2 years working with children, and a background check. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Be willing to travel to Mequon, WI locations as needed; strong communication with students and families is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Experience with robotics, programming & coding instruction (1 – 5 years minimum)
- Minimum of 2 years experience with children
- Child abuse clearance and criminal checks required
- Excellent communication with children and parents
- Team player and ability to implement curriculum
- High energy and positive approach
