Job Summary
Robotics Instructor for kids responsible for supervising students and delivering robotics, coding, and technology instruction to ages 4–18 in Impact Kids’ enrichment programs. Create and implement daily robotics/coding lesson plans, promote skill development, ensure a safe and engaging learning environment, and serve as a positive role model. Maintain clear communication with students, parents, peers, and leadership; travel as needed; adhere to the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and core values; collaborate with other Activity Specialists to deliver daily responsibilities and a fun learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
- Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1–5 years) required
- Background checks including child abuse clearance and criminal checks required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Be willing to travel
- Ability to supervise students and provide robotics/coding/technology instruction
- Ability to implement curriculum and communicate effectively with children and parents
- Strong classroom management and safety focus
- Effective collaboration with fellow staff
- Follow Code of Conduct and company policies
