Job Summary
Robotics for Kids Instructor to lead robotics, coding and technology instruction for students aged 4–18 in after-school/part-time programs. Responsibilities include delivering and implementing curriculum, supervising groups, maintaining a safe and fun learning environment, communicating clearly with students and families, collaborating with other Activity Specialists, adhering to the company Code of Conduct, and demonstrating Impact Kids core values. Must be able to travel as needed and maintain active safety protocols while providing constructive feedback and serving as a positive role model.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, camp counselor, youth volunteer)
- Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1–5 years minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Ability to travel and respond to emergency situations; good physical condition
