Job Summary
Robotics Instructor needed to teach robotics, coding, and technology to students aged 4-18 in Impact Kids’ after-school programs. Responsibilities include delivering daily robotics/coding instruction, implementing curriculum, creating engaging lesson plans, supervising groups with attention to behavior and safety, ensuring a fun and inclusive learning environment, collaborating with other Activity Specialists, and modeling positive behavior in line with Impact Kids Core Values and policies. Requires ability to travel, respond to emergencies, and maintain clear communication with students and families. 2+ years of relevant experience with children and robotics/coding instruction is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Be prepared to implement safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities and to follow the company Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
- Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1 – 5 years)
- A Child abuse clearance and criminal checks are required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
