Job Summary
Robotics Instructor for kids responsible for supervising students and delivering robotics, coding, and technology instruction to ages 4–18. Create and implement daily robotics/coding lessons, promote skill development, and maintain a safe, fun learning environment. Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists, follow company Code of Conduct and Core Values, and serve as a positive role model. Requires ability to travel to Hartford, WI, strong classroom-management skills, clear written and verbal communication with students and families, and adherence to safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, camp counselor, youth volunteer)
- Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1–5 years minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Ability to supervise students and deliver robotics/coding instruction
- Ability to implement curriculum and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment
- Strong communication with children and parents
- Willingness to travel
- Child abuse clearance and criminal checks are required
