Job Summary
Robotics Instructor for Impact Kids after-school and enrichment programs. Responsible for delivering robotics, coding, and technology instruction to students aged 4–18, creating and implementing daily lesson plans, supervising groups, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment. Must use effective classroom management, communicate clearly with children and parents, collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists, and model Impact Kids core values. Travel is required; position is part-time and based in Cedarburg, WI. Bachelor's degree is preferred; at least 2 years of experience with children and robotics/coding instruction (1–5 years) is required. Must pass child abuse clearance and criminal background checks and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications

- Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1–5 years)
- Ability to travel
