Job Summary
Robotics Instructor for Impact Kids to supervise and teach robotics, coding, and technology to students aged 4–18 in before/during/after school programs. Responsibilities include delivering daily robotics and coding instruction, implementing curriculum, creating a safe and fun learning environment, serving as a positive role model, managing behavior and group dynamics, coordinating with fellow Activity Specialists, and communicating effectively with students and their families. Candidate must be energetic, capable of travel, and adhere to the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies. Requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and inclusivity. Travel readiness and physical ability to respond to emergencies are noted as part of duties. Location is Brookfield, WI, with part-time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience working with children; Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1 – 5 years minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- A Child abuse clearance and criminal checks are required.
