Job Summary
Robotics Instructor responsible for delivering robotics, coding, and technology instruction to kids aged 4–18, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and implementing daily lessons. Responsibilities include teaching fundamental robotics and programming, supervising groups, ensuring student and staff safety, organizing daily plans, employing effective classroom management, collaborating with fellow Activity Specialists, and upholding the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and Core Values. Strong communication with children and parents, high energy, and a genuine desire to positively impact young learners are essential. Willingness to travel and respond to emergencies is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
- Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1–5 years)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Child abuse clearance and criminal checks are required
