Job Summary
Robotics Instructor responsible for supervising students and delivering robotics, coding, and technology instruction to students aged 4–18 in Impact Kids’ enrichment programs. Teach fundamental robotics and programming, create and implement daily lesson plans, maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, and serve as a positive role model. Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists, follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct, and adhere to company policies. Requires travel readiness and a strong emphasis on classroom management and clear communication with students, families, peers, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
- Robotics, programming & coding instructor/teaching experience (1 – 5 years minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- A Child abuse clearance and criminal checks are required
- Be willing to travel
- Excellent communication skills with children and parents
- Ability to implement curriculum
- Team player
