Job Summary
Provide on-site technical support for deployed robotic systems at customer locations; assist sales team with technical consulting and pre-sales support; respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues; collaborate with system integration partners on design, setup, and inspection; conduct inventory inspections and manage product inbound/outbound logistics; perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products; identify and report technical risks and improvement opportunities to HQ; maintain service history and documentation; support company exhibitions and trade shows with technical expertise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
