Job Summary
Robotics Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ScriptPro’s automation robotics at pharmacies nationwide, with 80%+ travel as an essential function; duties include on-site maintenance, remote support by phone, training pharmacy staff, and ensuring system performance; requires strong IT knowledge, electronics/mechanical aptitude, ability to lift heavy loads, and readiness for a demanding, travel-intensive schedule; shift involves a rotating 9 days on/5 days off with overtime; employment includes comprehensive benefits and security-clearance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electronics or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Experience with computer systems repair and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be 21 years old or older
- General knowledge of IT, Windows NT/XP/7/8/10
- Must be able to lift 70+ lbs. daily, including when traveling by auto or air
- Must be available to work as needed and assigned
- Maturity and integrity are a must
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
