Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ScriptPro robotics and automation equipment onsite at pharmacy locations and remotely. Administer training to pharmacy staff, optimize system performance, and address customer workflow issues. Maintain computer-based technology across the U.S. and Canada while adhering to a rotating 9 days on, 5 days off schedule with typical paid overtime. This role requires 80%+ travel involving long-distance driving and air travel, plus physical capabilities to lift up to 120 lbs and stand for extended periods. Candidates must be available 24/7 with phone access, maintain security clearances, and comply with cybersecurity policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electronics or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with computer systems repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be 21 years old or older
- General knowledge of IT, Windows NT/XP/7/8/10
- Must be able to lift 70+ lbs. daily, including when traveling by auto or air
- Must be available to work as needed and assigned
- Maturity and integrity
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance
- Valid passport (if role requires crossing U.S.-Canada border)
- No criminal charges
- Compliance with Canadian immigration policies (if role requires crossing U.S.-Canada border)
- Completion of annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training
- Ability to push, pull, and lift independently, encompassing all lifting positions from floor to overhead
- Motor coordination
