Job Summary
Coordinate or lead the planning, execution and delivery of robotic deployment projects from concept to commissioning with factories teams and integrators; define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; manage risks, resources, and change controls. Develop ROI, payback period, and KPI analyses; prepare detailed business cases for capital investments. Oversee technical feasibility, FAT/SAT, safety compliance, and post-installation validation; collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure successful deployment. Contribute to continuous improvement and roadmaps for future robotic initiatives; monitor emerging technologies and support knowledge transfer across sites. Strong knowledge of robotic systems (cobots, industrial arms, AGVs, sensors, actuators), manufacturing systems, Lean principles, and digital transformation tools; familiarity with SAP and IoT is a plus. Lead and influence cross-functional teams, and travel internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics) or related field
- Experience in robotics implementation, automation, or manufacturing project management
- Proven track record of delivering robotic/automation projects in factory environments
- Experience with low-volume, high-mix production settings and scaling capacity through automation
